It does happen, but not very often because we value quality over quantity. Finding the right match for your vacant management position is a very individual process for us. First, in cooperation with you our consultant will define the job requirements. Then, based on their knowledge of the industry, they will look for candidates that match that job description and narrow down a shortlist. They will then contact only those candidates.

Our consultants are very familiar with the industry of their respective area and so will be able to choose the best strategy based on your requirements and feedback. Furthermore, they have a lot of experience with 'active sourcing'. They are not only able to identify candidates that could be a potential match because of their professional qualifications and a similarity in values but also know how to single out the ones who are seriously interested in changing jobs.

We put a lot of time and effort into our research before we invite the candidate for a personal interview. We try to make sure beforehand that their statements concerning their professional qualifications and soft skills are true. We also discreetly check up on their commendations. And finally we use a renowned management diagnostic tool to judge in a more detailed way whether or not a candidate could be a match.

We give our clients 2 important guarantees to ensure a successful cooperation built on mutual trust: We will not recruit candidates from a client's company. And we promise to fill your vacant position to your satisfaction by presenting you with a new candidate if for some reason our first recommendation left your company again within the first 24 months.

Long-term success is only possible with an ideal 'cultural fit', meaning both the candidate's and the client's opinions concerning communication, decision making and values are the same. We base our judgment both on our experience and on validatable aspects.

Of course not. We assist you during the hiring process as long as you need us. If you want us to we will be there from the first interview until the contract is signed. With our onboarding we also help making the transition period as smooth as possible.
